GHC order deadlines and deliveries for the end of 2025/26

To help you plan your orders of GHC products reliably over the year-end period, we would like to inform you in good time about our order deadlines and delivery dates:

  • All orders (with the exception of full pallet orders) received by us by Friday, 19 December 2025, 11:00 a.m. will be guaranteed to be packed and dispatched before Christmas. For all orders received from Monday, 22 December 2025 onwards, we cannot guarantee that they will leave our warehouse before the holidays.

  • Please place full pallet orders by Monday, 15 December 2025 at the latest, as we will otherwise no longer be able to schedule a freight collection for you before the holidays. Delivery of full pallets will then resume after the holidays from 5 January 2026.

  • Between Christmas and New Year, our GHC Customer Service and warehouse team will be available for you on 29 and 30 December 2025.

Please place your orders for the 2025/26 year-end period as early as possible to ensure a smooth transition into the new year in the supply of drainage incontinence products, single-use catheters and GHC port needles.

Please also bear in mind that there may again be delays in deliveries by DHL this year. The same applies here: please order the products in good time to avoid any supply bottlenecks.
