Despite our reliable delivery capability, we also are axperiencing delayed deliveries as well as a an blatant increase in freight and transport costs for all products that are imported from Asia. Due to a shortage of transport capacities, enormous price increases are provoked, which certainly will continue for a few more months or possibly even increase, so that we are forced to act.
You can continue to rely on us, as we are well stocked and that all further deliveries are well planned. Unfortunately, due to the enormous increase in transport costs, we can no longer avoid to charge a temporary covid-19-related markup on products from the Asian region such as indwelling catheters, urine drainage -systems and -bags, and accessories.
We have precisely calculated the markup and hence will have to charge a covid-19-related markup of 5% per product on the sales price affective from 01.01.2021.
The 5% transport markup will be charged for all orders affective from January 1st, 2021 - the markup will not be charged for all orders that we receive by December 31, 2020!
As soon as the situation has calmed itself down again, we will revoke the markup, so that we can supply you at the previously agreed conditions again.
