To ensure you can reliably plan your orders for GHC products over the turn of the year, we would like to inform you in advance about our order deadlines and delivery dates:
- All orders (except full pallets) placed with us by Friday, December 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. will be guaranteed to be packed and shipped within this year. For orders received after 11:00 a.m. on December 20, 2024, we cannot guarantee that they will leave our warehouse before the holidays.
- Please place full pallet orders by Tuesday, December 10, 2024, as no further freight collection can be scheduled before the holidays after this date. Full pallet deliveries will resume after the holidays from January 2, 2025 onwards.
- Additionally, there will be no shipping on December 27 and 30, 2024, due to our warehouse inventory.
We kindly ask that you plan your orders for the 2024/2025 year-end period as early as possible to ensure a smooth supply of GHC's urological incontinence products, single-use catheters, or port needles into the new year. Please also note that delivery delays with DHL are already occurring and may increase throughout December. To avoid supply disruptions, we encourage you to place your orders promptly.
